Tim Kempster, Wrightstyle’s Managing Director, is leaving the company to pursue other personal and business interests.
He has been with the company since its inception 23 years ago, when it started as a steel systems supplier.
At that stage with few employees he wore many hats. Those included estimating and sales, purchasing and supply chain management.
With the growth of the company, Tim was promoted to Commercial Manager. He managed UK and export contracts and overseeing gross profitability on both systems sales and, later, manufacturing, and installation projects.
He became Managing Director in June 2010. Tim took on responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business and the management of its employees.
He also oversaw many individual functions within a busy manufacturing unit. He also helped in the process of ensuring compliance with industry and other regulations and QA procedures.
Tim has contributed a great deal to the company. Everyone at Wrightstyle wishes him the very best of success for his future career.
