We take pride in designing and fabricating our specialist steel and glass systems to the highest quality.
It’s one of the reasons why customers across the world keep coming back to us.
In terms of quality, one of the most important people in our business is Stewart Farrow.
He’s our Workshop Supervisor and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of our fabrication facility.
But his role is less about supervising and more about ensuring that we deliver quality – first time, every time.
Stewart, originally from Nottinghamshire, has been with us for nine years.
He has an NVQ in engineering, and his training and experience makes him the ideal person to ensure that we fabricate to the highest standards and are always ISO 9001 compliant.
Many companies involved in fabrication simply have ISO 9001:2015 certification for their offices.
Frankly, the standard can more easily be applied to administrative procedures rather than workshop activities.
However, we decided that if one part of the business should be 9001 accredited, the whole business should be.
It means that, by utilising ISO 9001 systems we have better control over the fabrication process.
And in the event of something going awry, we can complete root cause analysis far more effectively.
All of that takes skill, dedication and hard work, and Stewart Farrow – in delivering the Wrightstyle promise – has those attributes in spades.
