One of the reasons that customers come to us is that Wrightstyle is able to design and fabricate advanced glazing systems to virtually any shape.
It’s the reason that Southern Steel Windows came to us for a round 60 minute integrity window for the Massey University of New Zealand.
Southern Steel Windows is an Invercargill-based fabricator and manufacturer of architectural and fire-rated steel windows and doors, and have been a customer of Wrightstyle for many years.
We were able to offer a system, using face fixed beading to create the finished look they wanted, and which could be rolled into the radius required.
Because we export internationally, our design and fabrication processes meet the stringent requirements of the New Zealand authorities.
We were also the first company in the world to develop a circular fire-rated window – some twenty years ago for a hotel in Dubai.
Since then, we have designed and fabricated our advanced systems into a variety of shapes and sizes, most recently for door arches for the new Crossrail station at Paddington.
